• The customer is responsible for the jewelry until it is safely received back at our facility.

Return Shipping:

• Safe Returns with Secure Packaging: After your special event, please courier the jewellery back to us using the original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
• Timely Dispatch: To maintain our quality service for every customer, we request that you dispatch the return package by the next business day.  if you like to extend, please get in touch with us, so that we can check the availability of the set and confirm to you. Additional charges will have to be borne by you, in case of confirmation of extension.
• Tracking Details: Once shipped, please share the tracking details with us via email or through whatsapp to help us monitor the return process.
• Deposit Amount Refund : We will initiate the refund policy within a day after we receive the product.

• Delivery Pick Up Service : We provide pick up services within Bangalore, through third party delivery service providers, at an additional cost, as charged by the provider. However, you may also wish to opt for a pick up/drop at our outlet.
